Very happy with the chair leg tips. No more screeching! Had to drill pilot holes as the chair wood was very dense but that was not a problem.

We went to another supplier initially who went very good and never kept us in the loop and eventually we found out they didn't have the product we paid for and couldn't tell us how long we would have to wait.
You gut were very approachable, easy to talk to and kept us informed. We have installed the tips to the chairs and they have worked really well saved our timber floor bigtime. We will come back to you in the future.

Excellent little products. Easy to attach to leg of chair. Good advice is to use a small drill to make a guide hole reduce chance of damage to chair leg or chair tip and to ensure the screw goes exactly where you want it.
