Once again no communication and I still haven’t received my bloody chair tips.
I finally sent a email which wasn’t very nice. And surprise surprise they turned up in a couple of days.

I ordered both with felt but due to unavailability of the 25x25mm tips you sent plain silicone tips to get the order out before Xmas.
They work ok but are a bit sticky when pushing them in under the table

I measured my chairs strictly as advised in your advertising. However, the items were bigger than needed, so that they will have rto be glued in place.

Very happy with the product but would have liked better communication on delivery. On my first purchase I emailed after some weeks and got no response and thought I may have been scammed. Fortunately the delivery arrived shortly after. With my second purchase I was prepared for the long wait.
So in a nutshell, great product, slow delivery and poor communication.

I bought new dining chairs and needed protection for my timber floors. The new chairs have triangular legs which I thought would be a challenge, but I ordered the oval protectors, and they work perfectly. I used hot water to soften them to get them on the legs and they fit perfectly. So happy with the product and the service.
