Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We understand sizing can be difficult so If you have ordered the wrong size , please send the goods back with a prepaid parcel bag and a sample of what is required and we will be happy to exchange for you within 14 days. If Chair tips is in error please return goods to head office and we will send you the correct products. Be sure to include all your invoice information and product details in the bag
